This vintage 14k gold heart pendant is one of those pieces that reminds us why vintage jewelry so special. The exterior is decorated with beautiful engine turned engraving - a precise decorative technique that creates intricate, light catching patterns across the gold. The heart unfolds to reveal four individual compartments, each opening outwards in a clover design before neatly folding back together to become one seamless heart again.
