Elegant and finely detailed vintage Tiffany & Co pillbox pendant & necklace crafted in 18 karat yellow gold.

Sapphire cabochon is estimated at 0.10 carats (in excellent condition and free of cracks of chips).

The pendant is a retired piece and no longer made by Tiffany & Co. The pillbox opens to accommodate a keepsake and comes with a 24 inch Tiffany & Co chain.

The necklace is in very good original condition.
