Stylish vintage opal & garnet ring (circa 1960s to 1970s) crafted in 14 karat yellow gold.
Cabochon cut opals each measure 5.5mm x 4mm and total an estimated 2.40 carats. Six estimated 0.02 carat garnets total an estimated 0.12 carats. The opals are in very good condition and free of cracks or chips.
The opals offer a good color matrix with flashes of green, yellow, orange, red, purple and turquoise. The garnets add a pop of color and contrast. The cocktail ring makes a nice statement on the hand. The medium rise ring (8mm - 0.31inches) sits comfortably on the finger.
