Overview:

Stylish vintage signet ring (circa 1962) crafted in 18 karat yellow gold.

The oval signet has a weighty feel (11.7 grams) and sits flat on the finger (rises 2.5mm from the finger 0.09 inches). Crafted in buttery 18k yellow gold, the signet mount is currently unadorned and can be personalized if desired. The ring is stamped with English hallmarks (see below).

The ring is in very good condition. We have not cleaned it in order to preserve the patina and collector value.

Size & Measurements: The ring is a size 9 1/2 (sizable). The mount measures 14mm in length (0.55 inches) and 13mm wide (0.51 inches) rising 2.5mm from the finger.

Metal & Hallmark: 18 karat yellow gold. The ring is hallmarked with the Makers Mark "W&H", followed by a crown and "18" for 18k gold. The next hallmark is the Mark of Origin for Birmingham (anchor on its side) followed by the Date Letter sequence for the year 1962 (letter"N").
