Stylish antique Victorian opal & diamond navette ring (circa 1880s to 1900s) crafted in 14 karat yellow gold.
46 old rose and single diamonds total an estimated 0.23 carats (estimated at J-K color and SI2-I2 clarity). Opals range in size from 2mm to 4mm. Note: small chip to one opal and light surface abrasions evident to all (visible under a 10x loupe).
The delightful ring is a feast for the eyes! Shimmering old cut diamonds & opals are set into the navette mount. The elongated cocktail ring has a low profile and sits flat and comfortably on the hand (rises 4mm or 0.15 inches). Hand fabricated in 14k yellow gold the ring is a Victorian era classic.
The ring is in good condition. We have not cleaned it in order to preserve the patina and collector value.
