Finely detailed antique Victorian guilloche enamel heart pendant (circa 1880s to 1900s) crafted in 18 karat yellow gold.

One 3.5mm pearl is set to the center, accented with six estimated 0.01 carat old rose cut diamonds (estimated at J-K color and I2 clarity).

The charming heart pendant features vivid cobalt blue guilloche enamel, with a pearl and diamonds set into a star design. The back of the pendant features a secret compartment that would have opened to accommodate a keepsake (it currently does not open). The piece is perfect for everyday wear and great worn alone or layered with your fine jewelry from any era.

The pendant is in good original condition. We have not cleaned it in order to preserve the patina and collector value.
