Finely detailed antique Victorian ring (circa 1896), crafted in 15 karat yellow gold.

Stones: 8 x 2mm seed pearls are accented with 7 x 2mm pieces of turquoise. The pearls and turquoise and in-tact and in good condition (some light surface abrasions visible under a 10x loupe).
Size & Measurements: The ring is a size 9 (sizable). The mount measures 19mm in length (0.74 inches) and 10mm wide (0.23inches), rising 3mm from the finger.
Metal & Hallmark: 15 karat yellow gold. The ring features several hallmarks including the Mark of Origin for Chester, UK (city arms - a sword between three wheatsheaves), followed by "15" and "625" (gold content mark for 15 karat gold) along with the date letter sequence - the letter "N" in a square (denotes the year the ring was made - 1896).
