Overview:

Finely detailed antique Edwardian era heart pendant/brooch (circa 1910s to 1920s), crafted in 900 platinum.

Old mine and old cushion cut diamonds total an estimated 1 carat (estimated at J-K color and SI1-I2 clarity).

The romantic heart highlights a beautiful openwork design, set with shimmering old mine and cushion cut diamonds. Two bales were added to the back at a later time, allowing for the piece to be worn as a pendant. The heart design was a popular motif during the era, with the versatility of the piece for wear as a pendant on a necklace or worn as a brooch. It would make an ideal gift to the bride or a special piece of antique jewelry to pass down through the generations.

The pendant is in good original condition. It was lightly cleaned and polished.
