Distinct and eloaborate vintage letter "L" diamond initial ring (circa 1970s) crafted in 14 karat yellow gold. 

31 single cut diamonds total an estimated 0.16 carats (estimated at L-M color and SI1-I1 clarity). 

Most likely custom made for the previous owner; the beautifully crafted ring highlights a diamond set cursive letter "L" set within an elaborate mount. Brutalist jewelry emerged in the 1960s and 1970s when rough textures and raw sculptural designs became popular. The ring is large in scale and has a great presence on the hand. Unconventional and unique, the ring captures the spirit of 70s era design. The low-rise ring (3.5mm - 0.13 inches) sits comfortably on the finger.  

The ring is in good condition and was lightly cleaned and polished.
