Finely detailed antique Edwardian diamond Jabot pin crafted in 800-900 range platinum (circa 1910s).
37 old rose cut diamonds total an estimated 0.25 carats (estimated at J-K color and I1-2 clarity). 7 French cut pieces of onyx measuring approx. 1.5mm (note: 4 are chipped - visible under a 10x loupe)
Jabot pins were very popular during the Edwardian as an embellishment on a lapel, hat or blouse. Beautiful and practical, the pin is great worn today on clothing of your choice or with a few adjustments (a bale can be added to the back) as a pendant on a chain.
The pin is in good condition and was lightly cleaned and polished.
