Elegant pair of vintage opal earrings (circa 1970s) crafted in 14k yellow gold.

Cabochon cut natural opals each measure 12mm x 10mm (estimated at 2.75 carats each - 5.50 carats total estimated weight). The opals are in excellent condition and free of cracks or chips. The diamonds are each estimated at 0.25 carats (0.50 carats total estimated weight). The diamonds are estimated at H-I color and SI2-11 clarity).

The natural opals exhibit a vivid color matrix from green to blue, purple and yellow color flashes. The opals are set in free form mounts with a Florentine finish. The earrings are fitted with clip backings for pierced or non-pierced ears.
