Centrally mounted faceted oval cut blue topaz measures 8mm x 6mm (estimated at 1.39 cartas), accented with an estimated 0.24 carats of rubies and an estimated 0.12 carats of diamonds (estimated at I-J color and I2 clarity). The topaz is in excellent condition and free of cracks or chips.
