Elegant vintage cocktail ring (circa 1960s to 1970s), crafted in 10 karat yellow gold.
Centrally mounted faceted oval cut blue topaz measures 11mm x 9mm (estimated at 5 carats), accented with 12 x 3.25mm rubies (synthetic) with a total estimated weight of 1.80 carats. The stones are in excellent condition and free of cracks or chips.
