Overview:
Distinct and unusual vintage cocktail ring (circa 1940s to 1950s) crafted in 14 karat yellow gold.
Rubies are set into the butterfly and total an estimated 0.25 carats. Aquamarines in various shapes and cuts are set into the domed mount.
The unique ring features a butterfly perched on the caged and domed mount. Beneath the dome is a cluster of aquamarines in various cuts and shapes that are set loose and show a small amount of movement. Jewelry often has special meaning and significance. We haven't seen anything quite like this piece and we believe this was a custom made ring. The high rise ring (13mm - 0.51 inches) sits comfortably on the finger. The colorful ring is impactful in design and ideal worn day or night.
