Overview:

Distinct owl ring set with blue sapphire eyes crafted in 18 karat yellow gold (circa 1960s).

Cabochon cut sapphires each measure 2mm (4 total). The sapphires are in very good condition and free of cracks or chips.

The beautifully detailed owl is set with luminous cabochon cut sapphires to the eyes and back wings. The owl sits on the finger as if perched on a branch. One of the most unique and finely detailed owl rings we have ever come across. Owls are a symbol of wisdom and endurance. The medium rise ring (12mm - 0.47 inches) sits comfortably on the finger.

The ring is in very good condition. We have not cleaned it in order to preserve the patina and collector value.
