Overview:
Finely detailed antique Victorian opal & diamond bangle bracelet (circa 1880s to 1900s), crafted in 14k yellow gold.
Cabochon cut opals graduate in size from 5.25mm x 4.50mm to 7.35mm x 6.50mm. 42 old mine and rose cut diamonds total an estimated 1.50 carats (estimated at I-J color and SI1-I2 clarity. The opals are in good condition and free of chips (some light surface abrasions visible under a 10x loupe).
Set in graduated form, the cabochon cut natural opals with sparkling old mine & rose cut diamonds adorn a scrolled gallery mount. The opals show a colorful matrix including green, orange, turquoise, purple and yellow. The bracelet is great worn alone or layered with your fine jewelry from any era.
The bracelet is in good condition with patina evident. We have not cleaned the bracelet in order to preserve the patina and collector value.
