Finely detailed antique Victorian (circa 1880s to 1900s) pill box crafted in 9 karat rose gold.

The pill box features a side positioned bale that allows for wear as a pendant. The case opens to accommodate a keepsake or photo. The exterior features hand etched detail in a foliate pattern. A shield shaped cartouche is currently unadorned and can be personalized if desired.

The piece is in very good condition. We have not cleaned it in order to preserve the patina and collector value.
