Overview:
Finely detailed antique Victorian horse charm (circa 1880s to 1900s), crafted in 14 karat yellow gold.
Small seed pearls measure approx. 0.5 to 1mm.
The beautifully detailed charm highlights a trotting horse with pave set seed pearls. A blue enamel strap adorns the center of the horse. Small in scale at 18.5mm x 12.5mm (0.72 x 0.50 inches) the distinct & very wearable antique jewel can be worn on a charm bracelet or as a pendant on a chain. Most likely a pin or brooch in its former life it was likely converted to a pendant/charm with the bale a later addition.
The pendant is in good condition with patina evident. We have not cleaned the piece in order to preserve the patina and collector value.
