Antique Edwardian 1.70ct Diamond Ring Vintage Platinum Square Plaque Jewelry 4

$7,375.00

Overview:

Finely detailed antique Edwardian diamond ring crafted in platinum (circa 1910s to 1920s).

Center set old European cut diamond is estimated at 0.60 carats, accented with a further 1.10 carats of diamonds. The total diamond weight is estimated at 1.70 carats (estimated at I-J color and SI1-I1 clarity).

The distinct and stylish ring is a great example of Edwardian to early Art Deco design influences joining together with geometric forms and linear designs highlighted in the large elongated square mount. The fineness and delicate milgrain detail reflects grand jewelry of the Edwardian era. The mount has a slightly curved dome for a comfortable fit on the finger. The longer square plaque has a low rise on the finger (5.5mm - 0.21 inches).

The ring is in very good condition. We have not cleaned it in order to preserve the patina and collector value.
