Elaborate vintage Hawaiian Coat of Arms charm crafted in 14 karat yellow gold.

The beautifully detailed and colorful medallion depicts the Hawaiian Coat of Arms. The Hawaii Kingdom Coat of Arms was adopted as the official coat-of-arms in 1845.The pendant is an ancient symbol of the Hawaiian Monarch, during the time of Kamehameha III and worn by King Kalakaua, adorned at Iolani Palace during the reign of Queen Lili`uokalani. The bale measures 3mm wide and can accommodate a think to medium thickness chain.

The pendant is in very good condition. We have not cleaned the piece in order to preserve the patina and collector value.
