Finely detailed antique Victorian family book locket (circa 1860s to 1880s), crafted in 14k rose gold.

The beautifully detailed locket opens to accommodate 5 photos. One sepia toned image of a man is set into one of the oval frames. The exterior of the locket features finely detailed decorative emblems, chased on both sides. Black taille d'epargne enamel adorns the front of the locket. Lockets were popular during the Victorian era, a time capsule and remembrance of loved ones. The locket is ideal worn as a pendant on a chain or worn as a charm on a bracelet.

The locket is in good condition showing light wear and slight loss to the black enamel.
