Stylish vintage diamond spinning ring (circa 1970s to 1980s) crafted in 14 karat yellow gold.

26 diamonds total an estimated 0.15 carats (estimated at H-I color and SI1-I1 clarity). Lapis lazuli is set into the wings and measures 8mm x 5mm. The lapis is in very good condition and free of cracks or chips.

Inlaid with cobalt blue lapis lazuli the butterfly is perched on the round openwork mount. The 'spinning' ring moves in 360 degree motion (and fast!) and was a popular design in the 1970s and 1980s. The cocktail ring makes a nice statement on the hand. The medium rise ring (8mm - 0.31 inches) sits comfortably on the finger.

The ring is in good condition and was lightly cleaned and polished.
