Finely detailed Art Deco era ring (circa 1920s to 1930s), crafted in 10 karat yellow gold.
The ring is made by Ostby & Barton, one of the most well known jewelry manufacturers of the period. The firm was founded in 1879 and ceased production around the 1950s. Sadly, Ostby perished aboard the Titanic whilst his elder daughter survived. Today, Ostby & Barton jewelry is highly desired by collectors of fine vintage jewelry for the exquisite workmanship and history behind the company.
The east west facing hexagonal signet mount is currently unadorned and can be personalized if desired.
