Overview:
Dramatic large vintage statement cocktail ring (circa 1960s to 1970s), crafted in 10 karat yellow gold.
Centrally mounted oval cabochon cut opal measures 6mm x 4mm (estimated at 0.45 carats), accented with 12 x estimated 0.03 carat rubies (0.36 carats total estimated weight). The opal is in excellent condition and free of cracks or chips.
Bold and elegant, the ring makes a great statement on the finger. The opal and rubies are set securely set into four pronged oval mounts in a high rising (12.2mm) cascading setting.
The ring is in excellent condition and was recently professionally cleaned and polished.
