Stylish vintage garnet & diamond ring (circa 1970s to 1980s) crafted in 14 karat yellow gold.
Round faceted garnet measures 8mm (estimated at 3 carats), accented with an estimated 0.04 carats of diamonds (estimated at I-J color and SI2-I1 clarity). The garnet is in excellent condition and free of cracks or chips.
The rich merlot hued garnet is securely set in a four pronged mount in a square ridged design. The ring makes a nice statement on the hand and is suitable for a man or a woman to wear. The low rise ring (6mm - 0.23 inches) sits comfortably on the finger.
The ring is in very good condition and was recently professionally cleaned and polished.
