c1970s Cartier Double C Diamond Ring Lapis Lazuli 6.75 Band Fine Signed Jewelry

$8,248.00

Overview:

Vintage "Double C" Cartier diamond ring crafted in 18k yellow gold.

Diamonds total an estimated 0.15 carats (estimated at G-H color and VS2-SI1 clarity). Lapis lazuli tapers and measures from 6mm to 4.5mm. Note: some wear to the lapis (surface abrasions) and a small fissure underneath the CC logo (visible under a 10x loupe).

The elusive 'Double C' ring is a classic made by Cartier in the 1970s. Diamonds adorn the 'CC' motif, perched upon rich cobalt blue lapis lazuli. The ring is great worn alone or stacked with your fine jewelry from any era and would also make a unique choice as an alternative wedding ring. The intertwining 'Cs' make a nice representation of a couple joining together as one. The ring does not come with Cartier papers or a box.

The ring is in good condition and was recently lightly cleaned and polished.
