Elegant and finely detailed Edwardian era diamond & ruby square ring crafted in 14 karat rose gold (circa 1900s to 1910s).
Centrally mounted cushion cut ruby measures 5.5mm. 8 old mine cut diamonds total an estimated 0.48 carats (estimated at I-J color and SI1-I1 clarity).
The beautifully detailed antique ring highlights a rich red ruby to the center, accented with glimmering old mine cut diamonds. The ring is great worn as a right-hand ring or alternative gemstone engagement ring for a truly unique look. The low rise ring (6.5mm - 0.25 inches) sits comfortably on the finger.
The ring is in very good original condition and was lightly cleaned and polished.
