Stylish vintage opal cocktail ring crafted in 14 karat yellow gold (circa 1960s to 1970s).
The center opal measures 11mm x 9mm (estimated at 2 carats), accented with four estimated 0.05 carat opals. The total opal weight is estimated at 2.20 carats. The opals are in excellent condition and free of cracks or chips.
The natural opals feature a good color matrix from green to orange, yellow, purple and turquoise. The cocktail ring is medium sized in scale and makes a nice statement on the hand, with a celestial vibe that resembles a planet (we think Saturn). The medium rise ring (6mm - 0.23 inches) sits comfortably on the finger.
The ring is in very good condition.
