Overview:
Distinct antique Victorian star pendant (circa 1880s to 1900s) crafted in 14 karat rose gold.
One estimated 0.15 carat old cushion cut diamond (estimated at I-J color and SI1-2 clarity). Small pearls measure from 1mm to 2.5mm.
The beautifully detailed star is a nod to the celestial world and was a very popular motif in the Victorian era. The collapsible bale measures 3mm and can accommodate a thin chain if desired. The versatile piece can also be worn as a brooch.
The pendant is in good condition. We have not cleaned the piece in order to preserve the patina and collector value.
